All our products are sent free of charge to UK addresses for all orders over £25. Your gorgeous new dog collars, leads and accessories will be sent by Royal Mail Tracked 48. Typically this takes between 2-4 days, but please allow longer at busy times of the year. If you want your products quicker, you can choose next day delivery at checkout for an additional fee. (Sometimes this option will not be available.) You must order before 1pm for next day delivery. This only applies Monday to Friday. Orders placed on Saturday will be dispatched on the Monday for delivery on Tuesday. If the Monday is a Bank Holiday then we will dispatch your order on the following Tuesday.

We want you to adore your new Oscar & Hooch product. In case it wasn't paw-fect for you and your pup, unwanted items can be returned within 14 days in their original condition for a full refund. Unfortunately we don't offer free returns.

Please email us on enquiries@oscarandhooch.com to let us know you want to return your items and we'll let you know where to send them.

If you have received a faulty item from us, please get in touch as soon as possible so we can resolve it for you. Give us a call on 01934 713667, or send an email with photos of the issue to enquiries@oscarandhooch.com.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Sale items where basket discount has been applied: For example BOGO (buy one get one offers) if one item is returned only a partial refund would be applied where basket discount conditions have not been met.
